My clinical training includes certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can heal from past trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, stress, anxiety, trauma, and relational concerns. I provide individual, couples/marriage, family, and group therapy.
